Cancellations and Refunds

To secure your booking we require a deposit. 

The deposit will be $40-$90 (depends on the service you book).

You must confirm your appointment no later than 48h before your appointment date. If you did not confirm your attendance, your appointment might be cancelled with no deposit refund.

$20 of your deposit is non-refundable to cover administration expenses.


No cancellations or changes are permitted within 48 hours of the appointment.

If you fail to show up to your appointment or arrive late, your booking will be cancelled and deposit kept in full.
If we are unable to complete your service due to innacurate information provided, your deposit will be non-refundable.

You will be able to reschedule appointment free of charge ONCE no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment where a suitable spot available. 
$20 fee applies if you need to rescheduling your appointment second time.
If you reschedule your appointment third time you will need to pay a new deposit.
 
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind. In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you advise us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment.

Proceeding with this booking will constitute acceptance of these terms.
